Who we are

UPLVX prints and sells apparel and goods with DTF (direct-to-film) transfers from California, United States. Buying from us means you agree to these terms.

Your artwork, your rights

When you upload artwork, you confirm that you own it or hold a license to reproduce it. You keep ownership of your artwork; you give us a limited license to store, process and print it to fulfill your order — nothing else.

We reject and remove artwork that infringes copyright, trademarks, publicity or privacy rights. We respond to DMCA takedown notices sent to our support email. Repeat infringers lose their accounts.

Made to order

Everything we sell is printed on demand. Once you approve your artwork proof, production starts and the order can't be changed or cancelled. Check the size chart before you buy — measurements are listed in inches on every product page.

Pricing and errors

Prices are calculated from garment, size and print area at checkout. If a listing shows an obviously wrong price due to a technical error, we may cancel and refund the order before production.

Limited editions

Limited drops sell out. If an edition sells out in the seconds between your payment and its confirmation, we refund you in full, automatically.

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute is resolved in the courts of California.
